Hi! I’m Jae-eun, a creative director based in NYC. Originally from Seoul, I’ve spent the past 15 years building a creative life here, staying curious, thoughtful, and hands-on in my work.

I’m a graphic designer by training with an MBA, blending creative craft with a strong understanding of business needs. I currently work at RAA, where I collaborate with cultural institutions to shape brand strategy, brand experience, and experiential storytelling. Over the years, I’ve led multidisciplinary teams and worked closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives across organizations including Meta, Guggenheim, and the Brooklyn Museum.

Outside of work, I’m dreaming up a future retreat project in upstate NY and I often find myself doodling UX ideas, imagining how everyday products and services could work better for users like me. I love talking about dogs, wellness, and living well through good design.
